Curious about what your visit will entail? Here's an overview of your visit!
First Time Patients
I. Request an Appointment
Request an appointment for a new patient session through our website form. A member of our office will reach out via email or text with available dates and times based on your preferences.
II. Forms & Insurance
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with a link to our online intake forms. Filling these out before your appointment will save time during your first visit. If you prefer to fill paperwork out at the office, please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
Insurance users: If you did not provide your insurance information when filling out the Request an Appointment form, please do so as soon as possible. We try our best to verify benefits and give you a heads up on any co-pays or deductibles before your visit.
III. New Patient
Visit
During your first visit, the doctor will review your forms with you, establish a plan, and begin treatment. This visit is a 1 hour session. First time patients may not schedule massages or sauna use without first seeing a chiropractor for a new patient session.
Insurance users: Your benefits will be verified again the day of your visit.
Returning Patients
Insurance
Please inform us of any changes to your insurance before the day of your appointment. This includes policy changes, as well as any life changes (divorce, marriage, pregnancy, ect.). Benefits will be checked again the day of your appointment.
Chiro, Acu, & Massage Visits
Each appointment type is scheduled for a 1 hour block, beginning at the top of the hour. Please try to be in the office at least 5 minutes before your appointment. We have a grace period of 15 minutes, after which you will be charged a no-show fee and be prompted to reschedule. Adjustments are offered at the end of each session.
Pediatric Chiro & Adjustments
Follow-up pediatric appointments are scheduled in 30 minute sessions.
Quick Adjustments
If you would prefer a shorter visit, we do have "quick adjustment" availability. Please budget about 15 minutes as quick adjustments are offered in between other appointments at the top of each hour.
*New patients are NOT eligible for quick adjustments. You must see a chiropractor for a New Patient Visit before you are able to schedule a quick adjustment.
